To rejoin Brooke Lodge RC for 2012, or join as a first-time member, you need to download the Application form from this website. It is located under the 'Classifieds' tab.
Print it off, fill in and send it with your membership fee, to Helen Ferguson, Basement Flat, 5 Ardenza Terrace, Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
New Secretary Helen is going on Christmas holidays on 23rd December and has asked for applications to be in to her before Dec 20th, if you need your card for early January.
